DuctSox Locates in Peosta

DuctSox Corporation recently expanded their Dubuque operation to a 30,000 sq.ft. facility within the Peosta Warehousing complex in Peosta, Iowa.  DuctSox is a manufacturer of fabric air dispersion systems. DuctSox Systems are used to distribute and disperse air in open ceiling architecture, and can be an aesthetically attractive alternative to metal ductwork.  The system is launderable and logos can even be applied.  Additionally, they produce fabric d-fusers for environments where air flow is critical.        

DuctSox is a subsidiary of the Rite Hite Corporation, a manufacturer of dock-leveling equipment and a variety of other industrial products in nearby Dubuque.   The new location for DuctSox allows for broader manufacturing and assembly, increased custom design for specific applications, as well as improved research and development space for their operation.  The unique air handling systems are presently utilized in a variety of commercial and industrial settings across the country and also reach into international markets.  

The DuctSox facility in Peosta employs 35 people and is provided power by Maquoketa Valley Rural Electric Cooperative.
