Mondamin Rail Port Ready for Business

Harrison County Development has partnered with a private developer, Union Pacific Rail Road, and a number of local groups to put together the Mondamin Rail Port project.  This new industrial park is a 537 acre site just 45 minutes north of the Omaha / Council Bluffs metro area with access to Interstate 29.   The property will be largely served by Harrison County REC in partnership with Northwest Iowa Power Cooperative (NIPCO).
